540 yards. 3 pours. One exciting milestone.

Upstate Church Five Forks is taking shape. Over the course of three pours, our team placed more than 540 yards of concrete to create the foundation for what will become a new space for worship, community and connection.

Projects like this require careful planning, strong trade partners and a commitment to getting the details right from the ground up. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life alongside our partners and look forward to sharing more progress in the months ahead.

P+F Construction is proud to announce the completion of 101 South Main Street, a Class A mixed-use development featuring modern, flexible tenant spaces in the heart of Downtown Fountain Inn.

From preconstruction through final closeout, our team provided full project leadership — coordinating with the owner, design team, consultants, subcontractors and the City of Fountain Inn to keep the project moving with a focus on safety, quality, schedule and cost control.

Delivering new construction in an active downtown environment requires proactive planning, clear communication and careful coordination of access, staging, deliveries and surrounding properties. Through strong preconstruction leadership and seamless project management, P+F helped bring this project from concept to completion with efficiency and excellence.

We’re especially grateful for our ongoing partnership with Bryan Beal and Innovative Hospitality & Development Group, whose continued investment is helping shape thoughtful growth throughout Upstate communities and beyond. Projects like 101 South Main Street reflect our People First commitment to building spaces that serve people, strengthen communities and contribute to the momentum of local downtown revitalization.

P+F Construction recently completed the buildout for Reputation Collective, transforming a raw shell into a clean, functional, and brand-aligned salon space.

Brought in during preconstruction, our team worked closely with the owner to re-evaluate the project scope, identify meaningful value-engineering opportunities and bring the design in line with the intended budget —without losing the overall vision for the space.

From coordinating drawing revisions and permitting to managing construction, P+F maintained tight cost control, clear communication, and a practical, solutions-focused approach from start to finish.

The result: a thoughtfully built salon space completed on time, on budget and ready to support Reputation Collective’s next chapter.

Project Highlights:
✔ Strong value-engineering process
✔ Budget-focused preconstruction
✔ Maintained design intent within reduced scope
✔ Efficient raw shell buildout
✔ Completed on time and on budget

P+F Construction is proud to break ground on Laurel Village at Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee —the community’s first new real estate offering in more than 20 years.

Set across approximately 12.8 acres overlooking Laurel Pond, Laurel Village will feature 24 luxury cottages thoughtfully designed to reflect the timeless mountain-lake lifestyle that defines the Reserve. The enclave will include four distinctive floor plans, with residences positioned around a private putting course adjacent to the community’s driving range, state-of-the-art golf performance center, and The Strut — a 9-hole short course masterfully created by Beau Welling Design.

Residents of Laurel Village will enjoy the full breadth of amenities that define life at the Reserve —from lake access and golf on the community’s celebrated Jack Nicklaus-designed course to an active, nature-centered lifestyle where golf carts become the preferred mode of transportation.

As Construction Manager at Risk, P+F is honored to work alongside the Old Edwards Reserve team and a talented group of project partners to help bring this highly anticipated vision to life with the care, coordination and attention to detail it deserves.

We look forward to sharing more as Laurel Village takes shape.
