Retired fan-favorites from our past will rotate back onto the menu as featured specials, starting the first of each month. Each dish comes with its own backstory, when it debuted, why it was beloved, and what it says about where Texas cuisine was at the time. Our first item up, BBQ Shrimp Enchiladas.
