World Mental Health day means a lot to me personally, as I’m sure it does for many others. Our reasons are deeply personal…and whatever they are, I think it’s important for everyone to know they shouldn’t have to fight or struggle alone and in silence. Let’s talk about mental health y’all! For me, my routine (mentally, physically, spiritually), my family, and my primary care doc have been immensely helpful, along with many other facets to my day.

Cleaning tip for your Tuesday! A small step, but impactful - Tidying as you go (washing a spoon after a single use, wiping the bathroom sink top, putting kids toys back in the bin) can’t make such a difference at the end of the day.
.lmt Rachel has outdone herself. The moment you walk in you’re welcomed with the happiest greeting (she’s genuinely glad you’re there). Her space is perfectly lit, and the vibes are immaculate. I have to say, of the massages I’ve had over the years, this one takes the cake. Her technique, her energy, one of the best massages I’ve had 🙌🏻

I am so grateful that my bi-weekly cleaning schedule is fully booked right now! I have room for one more monthly clean, and still can fit in the occasional deep clean. :)
