Rowdy Boat Rentals is growing and we’re looking for reliable, safety-focused Boat Captains to join our crew on beautiful Eagle Mountain Lake!

We specialize in captained boat rentals for families, parties, bachelorettes, birthdays, and corporate groups. If you love the water, enjoy working with people, and want to help create unforgettable days on the lake, we want to hear from you.

We’re especially seeking local DFW, Aledo Weatherford, all surrounding communities, talent and are willing to train the right candidates.

Requirements:

• Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area (Eagle Mountain Lake / Fort Worth)

• Boating experience preferred but not a must

• Valid Captain’s license a big plus (we can help with training/licensing for the right fit)

• Clean background, strong safety mindset, and great customer service attitude

• Availability on weekends & peak days

What you’ll do:

• Captain our Bennington Pontoons and Tige wake boats

• Deliver fun, safe, and stress-free experiences for our guests

• Help with light boat prep and cleanup
