We nurture them in the foster care of volunteers, to provide veterinary care and socialization, and place them in permanent loving and responsible homes. When Scruffy Mutts Rescue is unable to accept additional Mutts into the program, enrollments are halted until space becomes available. Scruffy Mutts Rescue's funding comes from private sources including income from fund-raising events and private donations. Scruffy Mutts Rescue is a non-profit organization.

Fargo is a fun-loving, Boxer mix who loves people and will do pretty much anything for a treat!
He may bark alot in his kennel (he just wants to be heard- pic me! pic me!), but the moment he's out, he's all tail wags and kisses.
