What I Hold Space For:

I hold space for people who are tired of carrying everything alone.

For those who feel disconnected from their bodies. For those who have lived through experiences that changed how they relate to touch, sensation, or rest. For those who are longing to feel safe inside themselves again.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about remembering that you were never broken.

Full transparency. I stay affirmed. Sometimes it's the whispers and soft subtle reminders that you are....🪄

Particularly when we are thriving in a world that is HELL bent on not honoring who and what we are on the REALEST level. So this is your reminder to stay soft...❤️

✨️When I talk about listening to the wisdom of the body, this is just ONE example of what I mean.
This image came across my feed. My response is....Mindfulness meditation particularly the practice of mindful eating, helps bridge the gap between:
1. Knowing what’s healthy AND
2. Actually choosing it. Not out of obligation, but out of a deepened connection to your body’s wisdom and needs.

🌸Practicing Mindful eating can significantly enhance our awareness of what our bodies need, including essential vitamins and minerals. Here’s how:

1. Heightened Body Awareness

🌿Mindful eating trains you to tune into your body’s signals like hunger, fullness, cravings, and even subtle imbalances. Over time, this can help you notice:

*When you're craving something specific, like leafy greens (often signaling a need for magnesium or iron).
* When certain foods make you feel sluggish or energized, pointing to nutritional deficiencies or sensitivities.

🌿2. Slower, More Intentional Eating

Eating slowly and without distraction gives your brain time to process what you're consuming. This reduces mindless snacking and allows for:

* More conscious food choices.
* Noticing what’s missing in your meals (e.g., realizing you haven’t had fruit today or your plate lacks color and variety).

🌿3. Less Emotional Eating

Mindful eating helps separate emotional hunger from physical hunger, reducing the chances of filling up on empty calories and instead guiding you to nourishing foods your body truly needs.

🌿4. Greater Appreciation for Whole Foods

With regular practice, people often begin to gravitate toward fresh, nutrient-rich foods, not from guilt or discipline, but because they feel better when they do. Mindful eating shifts motivation from external rules to inner wisdom.

🌿5. Supports Intuitive Nutrition

When you're present and curious during meals, you're more likely to notice patterns such as fatigue when skipping protein or bloating after eating processed foods which informs better choices that cover a full spectrum of nutrients.
