We will be closing our lobby to the public effective April 1, 2023. All future payments will need to be made online, via mail or by calling Customer Service during business hours to process a credit card. For online payments, click on the View/Pay Bill link on our website, 1scom.com, where you can make a one-time payment or sign up for automatic recurring credit card or bank draft payments. If you need help creating an online account, please call Customer Service at 817-745-3000.

As of April 1, all equipment returns will need to be placed in an equipment drop box located at 4800 Keller Hicks Road, Fort Worth TX 76244. If you are experiencing any issues with your current equipment, please contact Customer Service so we can schedule a service call as we will not be able to swap equipment at our office.

Good afternoon, we are currently working on an outage affecting the Heritage Subdivision. Crews are in the area and we will provide an ETA as soon as it come in. We thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue.

Update…. The repairs should be completed in the next 3-4 hours.
We are working to finalize a repair on a cut line affecting the Roanoke area, we thank y’all for your patience and will post and Eta as soon as possible.
