turned to Texas to play shows and support his successful radio singles. He toured all of Texas, Oklahoma and parts of Louisiana. With a successful sponsorship from Coors Distributing supporting the Speed Of Coors Light Tour, Waylon was gaining momentum and fans very fast. The tour was so successful that Coors wanted to immediately reset and start the 6 week tour over again offering more investment and opportunities for national sponsorship. But the opportunity was sabotaged by Waylon's management agency. This squandered the enormous momentum and potential that was there and waiting to build on. After the mismanagement of the national sponsorship and continued promotion of the music it was not going to be possible for the continued partnership. So the time to wait out the contract and possible renegotiations with labels was now concurrently being served.
