Community Crossroads

We're grateful for our ongoing partnership with the STOP Program at TCU – Texas Christian University! Every Monday, TCU representatives visit Community Crossroads to connect with neighbors, providing education, resources, and outreach services in a welcoming and compassionate environment.

Together, we're helping bridge important health awareness and support services directly into the community while building trust, meaningful relationships, and stronger connections.
