The WCJR happens next month at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma!

There’s three ways to qualify for the WCJR—through a qualifier series event, last chance qualifier or the leaderboard route. The top 15 contestants per timed discipline and the top three in the roughstock in the VRQ standings on the 2026 WCJR Leaderboard as of June 14 will earn a direct spot in the semifinals with no additional entry fee.

WCJR Leaderboard Update: Breakaway Roping and Goat Tying Standings The World Championship Junior Rodeo will return to the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma in July and there’s several cowgirls in the breakaway roping and goat tying putting their name on the hat to earn their way to the $145,000 in guaranteed added money.
