God has been giving me confirmation after confirmation that I’m meant to be in this competition!
When I started working on a Pacific Rim–inspired cake, King’s Hawaiian announced their challenge.
When I shifted focus to plating, Chef Carla posted a video about it.
This week, I’ve been diving into spice profiles and mixing unexpected flavors — and then Chef Andrew Zimmern shows up cooking with cinnamon, turmeric, and ketchup!
I know these are not coincidences. God is showing me I'm on the right path.
