Super Shot is partnering with the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program to offer vaccines and FREE sports physicals on June 18 from 1–5 PM, and appointments are first-come, first-served.

If your student-athlete needs a physical before the season, and/or their back to school shots, this is your chance to get it done at no cost. But once those 64 slots are gone, they're gone.
