No one dietary practice is appropriate for everyone. No one exercise practice is appropriate for everyone. You are UNIQUE. Do your own research. I did. Also, eating and exercising right will be a waste of time if you welcome chronically NEGATIVE people into your daily life. It will shorten your existence. Remove them. Happiness is a choice.
