Blue Jacket provides a 40-hour intensive job-readiness training entitled the Career Academy. This training provides an opportunity for clients to show through hard work their effort to gain a second chance and becoming redeemable. Clients must also appear on time and with assignments complete and dressed business professional. This is a visible manifestation that they are serious about the world of work and the middle class work ethic that roots modern day employment.
