What does it mean?

Secondly a "war on peace" could also allude to the challenges and efforts involved in maintaining peace within a society or among nations. In this interpretation it means fighting against the factors or actions that disrupt peace such as internal conflicts social unrest or external threats.

Lastly "war on peace" can be viewed metaphorically as an internal struggle or personal journey to achieve a state of inner peace amidst external chaos. In this sense it refers to the battle to find tranquility clarity and emotional well-being within oneself despite the challenges and conflicts one may face in the world.
