I am joining forces with other colleagues, Dr. Antonio Zapata, Dr.Ernesto Rosario Hernandez, to fill the gaps of the lack of multi-cultural research projects to understand the impact on employees among a workers sample in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.
