Credentialing Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide direction for overall administration and management of Managed Care Plans including the development, preparation and distribution of information to member groups. Provide direction for overall administration and management of credentialing physicians and allied health professionals into all contracted managed care plans, hospitals and malpractice. Provide direction for overall administration and management of Credentialing Verification per groups Ambulatory Surgery Center, Hospitals and Insurance Companies by-laws including the development, preparation and distribution of information to member groups to be in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
