IMPORTANT LOCATION UPDATE: THE BLACK TEE PARTY IS STILL ON, AND WE’VE GROWN!
Sunday, June 14, 2026
Resource Fair Kick off & Golf tournament check in: 1 PM at Blue Jacket
Resource fair: 1-6 PM Blue Jacket
Golf Tournament: 2 PM | Youth Clinics: 4 PM at McMillen Park
Free admission | Register or sign up: https://secure.ngpvan.com/bxir-KLfjUePfG_peI5cJQ2
We’re asking EVERYONE to start at Blue Jacket first. Check-in, enjoy the resource fair, grab food, and then golfers can make the quick 6-minute drive to McMillen to tee up. Families can do the resource fair, then head to the youth mini-golf clinics at 4 PM or vice versa.
These two locations will flow together.
Here’s how the day will now flow. Read carefully and share widely:
BLUE JACKET (2826 S Calhoun St, 46807) – 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
This is where the Community Resource Fair is happening:
Build Your Own Blessing Bag Station
Black-Owned Vendors & Information Resource Booths
Kids Corner – Bounce house, face painting, bubbles & lawn games
DJ & Dance Performances
Meal Share & Refreshments
Health & Wellness Resources
Book Giveaways & School Supplies
Civic Engagement Resources
McMILLEN PARK GOLF COURSE – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM
This is where the Golf Tournament and Mini clinics are happening.
Golf Tournament – Tee off at 2:00 PM
Youth Golf Mini-Clinics – Start at 4:00 PM with semi-pro & PGA-certified coaches
This is a setup for something even more powerful. We get to fill up the Blue Jacket with our love, our culture, and our resources and then take that energy straight to the green. Let’s go.
