I’m living my best life 🥹

And, I did not and does not just fall into my lap.

I started noticing a pattern in my life a long time ago...

When I look deeply and honestly at myself, face what I find fully and vulnerability, then take action towards stepping into more authenticity regardless of how much it scares me or hurts… my life becomes more magic.

People think manifestation is having positive thoughts and making cute vision boards (both of which I love tho 😏) but in reality, it’s BECOMING.

We become the person who embodies the things we desire.

We attract that which we are the frequency of. Physics, not magic (although I love referring to physics as magic because it sounds more fun 🪄)

I realized that everything I wanted just required me to face the parts of me that thought I couldn’t have it. Then, I had to make hard consistent choices to be able to build my capacity for the new version of myself I wanted to be.

Each new desire gave me a new test. If I want something, I had to ask “what does it look like for me to embody the person who has it?” A concept that pi**ed me off for years, and still does from time to time. Mainly because it means I’m not a victim, I’m creator.

If I want love, I must embody my worth.
If I want community, I must embody an open heart.
If I want money, I must embody joyful gratitude.

And like all growth, it requires us to die to the parts of ourselves that are attached to the stories that keep us stuck.

“It’s impossible”
“It’s not realistic”
“I’m not ______ enough”
Etc.

And when we can face those (hi, here to help 🙋🏻‍♀️) everything can change.
