Footprints Fort Wayne is a collaborative effort to improve Allen County’s Infant Mortality Rate by parents, community members and healthcare professionals who are working together to save lives. Join us for Mom & Me Days
April 4, 2023 from 11am-1:30pm
and/or
May 2, 2023 from 4:30pm-7:00pm
Maternal health education will be provided to moms while their children receive social-emotional health education. Children from birth-18 are welcome to come. Moms will also cook a meal in McMillen's kitchen.
During a break, a meal will be provided to families, and each family will leave with more than $300 in rewards, including a $100 Visa gift card!
