The Cooling Rack

Lilly’s first birthday smash cake. A Dr. Seuss themed Vanilla white cake with cool whip icing. I can’t wait until tomorrow!

3 tier ombré swirl cake. The top and bottom tier are styrofoam, but the middle is scrumptious Darn Good Chocolate Cake (recipe by the wonderful Chef Cheryl). I am beyond proud of the way it turned out, but I can’t to make another one to refine my skills. It was definitely tougher than I thought it was going to be. It was a sad day when I had to tear it down.
