Entourage Health is hiring a part-time Client Concierge / Virtual Medical Assistant to join our growing holistic health team.

This is a remote, work-from-home position for someone who is medically trained, highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful part-time work in a supportive, patient-centered functional medicine practice.

Position details:
Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week

Primary responsibilities may include:
Answering phones and supporting client communication
Scheduling patients
Requesting and tracking lab work
Working inside EMR/charting systems
Supporting basic office administration
Assisting with light social media posting as needed

A medical background is required. CMA certification is preferred, but we are open to candidates with other healthcare training or experience. The right person should be comfortable with medical terminology, labs, medications, charting, and multiple online systems.
