Phoenix Rising Fitness
You will warm-up, stretching, then do whatever the workout is for that day. The workout changes every day. Then you will do 2 - 7 minute rounds on the bags where you get to take out your stress and frustrations on a heavy bag. You will be shown proper stance and technique. So don't worry!
