As an Employment Specialist/Inside Sales, you will help connect job seekers with available jobs, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments.

The main goal of the Employment Specialist/Inside Sales is to put people into jobs, meet client needs, and network within the community in a Customer Service/Sales capacity. Posting job ads online and on social media sites is a common activity. Another main responsibility is to interview applicants for our client’s open jobs to make sure we find a good fit for both the applicant and the client.

Employment Specialist/Inside Sales Requirements:
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Computer and basic social media skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
• Inside Sales experience/telephone a plus
• Able to work Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
