Sandy Dixon founded Turn Key Construction Management, Inc. in 2007 as a one hundred percent woman owned construction company. Today, Turn Key continues to offer construction services to clients in Arkansas and surrounding states. With offices in Fort Smith and Bentonville, Turn Key strives to engage its clients throughout the entire construction process. Turn Key offers both general contractor and construction management services for a variety of building types and clients.

In honor of the 25th Annual Women in Construction Week 2023 and International Women's Day, let's all say thank you to the incredible women of Turn Key Construction and all the women in the industry. This year's theme, 'Many Paths, One Mission', celebrates the different journeys women have taken toward the same goal: strengthening and amplifying the success of women in the construction industry.
