What is It? The Power Vac is a portable swimming pool vacuum used exclusively by pool service professionals. To use, snap a telescopic pole to the vacuum, plug the power cord into the portable battery case, and drop the vacuum into the swimming pool. You begin vacuuming the bottom of the pool just as you would vacuum your carpet at home. How it works:
The Power Vac sucks up pool debris with a 35lb thrust marine motor, housed in a non-marking, white poly-carbonate shell. It is specially design to produce maximum suction underwater. Our under-water vacuum has four swivel wheels, providing you with 360 degree movement, un-like your conventional vacuum which goes back and forth. This vacuum goes up walls, around steps, and you can even flip the unit up-side-down and skim the surface of the pool with ease. With 35 pounds of force, debris and water are forced up into the vacuum and pass through a mesh filter bag. All debris from sand to glass is collected in the mesh filter bag which can be dumped and used again.
