Creative Events is actively seeking Drivers!

Creative Events is a locally owned and operated company that has been in business over 45 years. Creative Events is the largest event and party rental company in Southwest Florida. Covering the gamut from tables, tents and chairs to air-conditioned restrooms, flooring, generators and much more, Creative Events is the go-to event solutions company.

These team members are responsible for loading and unloading trucks, delivery and install, disassemble and pick up of various products at events. Job duties include erecting tents, laying flooring, setting up tables, chairs, furniture and much more. Ability and experience driving 14 - 26 ft box trucks and trailers a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Prep rentals prior to loading
* Load and unload rentals
* Deliver and pick up rentals
* Ability to follow a set-up layout
* Maintain and comply with company procedures and policies

Education, Skills & Requirements:
* Must have a clean background - No Felonies
* Must be able to lift approximately 70 pounds
* Must have valid transportation to work and possess a valid driver's license
* Must possess customer relation skills
* Must maintain a professional personal appearance
* Must have a full range of motion and dexterity
* Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers

Nature of Work: Typically physical and demanding. Strength and stamina required.

Working Conditions: Must stand for long periods of time. The work will be split between warehouse conditions, in which some work areas may not be air-conditioned as well as outdoor open-air venues. The job requires constant interaction with co-workers and the public. The position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions.

Preferred
• Event rental experience
• Erecting tents and flooring experience
• Bilingual a plus

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Wage details supplied at time of phone / in-person interview. Overtime occurs often during season.
