What an honor it was to make cookies for the 5th Grade Promotion!

Thank you to the Gold Hill Elementary PTO for trusting me once again to be a part of something so special. It means a lot to play even a small role in celebrating these big milestones.

Yes, it took a last-minute all-nighter—totally my fault for mixing up the dates—but I got it done and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Congratulations to all the Hornets as you head into your next chapter… Middle School—you’ve got this!

Last night was truly bittersweet.

It marked the end of the season for Casey and his team—a season filled with effort, growth, and heart. While they didn’t take home the trophy, they played with determination and gave it everything they had. What’s hardest isn’t the final whistle, but the part where we say goodbye… or rather, see you later.

Casey’s soccer journey began when Coach Adam first stepped up to lead, and for the past three seasons, he has been a constant source of encouragement, guidance, and motivation. He has helped shape Casey into a more confident and capable player, and for that, I’m forever grateful. As Coach Adam moves on with his son to U12, we send him off with nothing but thanks and hope—hope that when Casey hits double digits, our paths will cross again.

To celebrate the team’s hard work and dedication, each of the kids got a special soccer cookie—just a little treat to recognize all they’ve accomplished this season. I forgot to snap some “professional” pictures before handing them out, but they turned out nice… and tasted even better!

Big congratulations to Tega Cay Elementary School for being named a 2025 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence!

To celebrate this incredible achievement, a proud parent ordered special Blue Ribbon Cookies for her son’s class. I hope they enjoy every bite—what a sweet way to honor such a well-deserved recognition!

What makes Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday, the best day ever? Donut King Cakes, of course!

It was an absolute honor to create these festive treats for the amazing staff at GHES. Wishing you all a day filled with joy, celebration, and plenty of energy to keep the party going!
