If the consumer wishes to print out their own portrait packages, Photos By Memory Layne agrees to allow only if all images are not cropped, leaving the website visible on the photo. Written consent agreements will be present and signed before every session. Photos By Memory Layne accepts payment via check, debit, or cash, and must be paid up front before services are rendered to ensure sessions.
