The idea of being rated, liked, or ignored - is that real life? Sometimes it feels like we live more in the lives of others than in our own.

I’ve always stayed on Instagram with the wish to connect, to share my view on practice, life, and the community around it. But something has changed. In me, and in how this space feels.

It’s not about judgment, just an honest look at where it’s all heading.

So I decided to slow down with my account for a while.
Not delete. Not disappear. Just pause, to see if it’s possible to make small changes and still stay connected in a more real way.

To test if relationships can exist beyond constant posting and reacting.

The recent and important changes in the Ashtanga community reminded me that practice reveals truth when lived, not displayed. And maybe this is another kind of practice, seeing what remains when we stop performing connection and start living it again.
