We need your help:

“Certified Free From™” Allergen Free Seal: Here is the challenge MenuTrinfo needs the help from all food allergy families out there. We NEED you! Here is the challenge - How does MenuTrinfo get the support of the food allergy families for our seal?

I was told to explain what our seal means so here it is….
3 massive steps to achieve the seal then ongoing continuous maintenance to keep the certification seal.

1: A “pre audit” review and deep information share with MenuTrinfo experts that cover policies, procedures, purchasing of raw ingredients, how to receive, store and process to make their great allergy free foods.

2: An on-site in person “audit” confirming all they say is what they do. Testing for allergy free confirmation takes place and ongoing testing is reviewed with the mfg.

3: A “post audit” desk review to confirm all said is done and if any non-conformity's were found they must be corrected prior to earning the seal.
