We are proud to announce that our university apartments at Aggie Village, International House, and University Village 1500 & 1600 have earned EPA’s ENERGY STAR signifying superior energy performance when compared to similar buildings nationwide!
Aggie Village | 1-100 ENERGY STAR Score is 88, meaning that it is more energy efficient than 88 percent of similar properties nationwide.
International House | 1-100 ENERGY STAR Score is 96, meaning that it is more energy efficient than 96 percent of similar properties nationwide.
University Village 1500 & 1600 | 1-100 ENERGY STAR Score is 90, meaning that it is more energy efficient than 90 percent of similar properties nationwide.
