Before wrapping up the semester, we hosted the annual ANEQ 470 Showcase!

Throughout the semester, Dr. Bob Delmore and Dr. Jennifer Martin introduced ANEQ 470 students to the world of meat processing systems. The course concluded with a hands-on final project where students developed their own ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook product, created a product pitch, and served their products to the department to be voted on for People's and Judges Choice.
