Golden Scimitar IPA | CooperSmith's Pub & Brewing The reserved malt and alcohol let the American hops take center stage in this golden ale. Grapefruit, pine, orange and apricot are a few of the hop flavors to be found. 6.1% ABV, 74 IBUs, first brewed in 2006.
