Today we’re celebrating two incredible years with Becky in her role as Performance Manager — though her Clean Bees journey started long before that.

Becky is the definition of heart and hustle. She’s fiercely committed to her team, to our mission, and to the people behind the work. She leads with empathy and strength, balancing care with accountability in a way that makes everyone around her better.

Over the years, she’s helped shape not just how we work, but who we are as a company — encouraging growth, setting high standards, and showing what true leadership looks like.
