Visited the museum of mayan medicine today in san cristobal De casas, Chiapas. A bit of a hole in the wall, but very informative and the demonstration garden proved to be very helpful. Considering our high exposure to food Bourne illness, this medicine will be greatly welcomed!

Buenos Dias!! On an adventure in southern Mexico for the next month. Luckily foraging is a passion that can be expressed all over the planet! Fresh Coco is a delicious and nutritious way to start the day, and agua de coco, limon, and mezcal margaritas out of a home made coco copa (coconut cup) is a great way to spend an afternoon! Will update as we learn more about native food sources from the region! Hasta luego!
