Many people may wonder: “How does Reiki work?”

I’ve been thinking about how to share it in a way that might feel helpful.

Let’s get a little scientific…

✨ Did you know that Reiki and Wi-Fi have something in common? Both are forms of energy ✨📡

✨ We can’t see Wi-Fi, yet we trust it to carry invisible waves of information that connect us instantly, carrying our voices, messages and information. Reiki works in a similar way, but instead of transmitting data, it flows as universal life force energy.

Think of it like this:

✨ Resonance: Just as a radio tunes into the right station, Reiki helps your body and spirit tune into balance.

✨ Frequency: Every being vibrates at their own frequency. Reiki gently lifts and aligns that vibration, much like tuning an instrument.

✨ Connection: Wi-Fi connects devices to the web. Reiki connects you to a source of energy that nourishes body, mind, and soul.

Though one is measured in gigahertz and the other in subtle sensation, both remind us that these powerful forces in our lives are often unseen ✨✨✨
