This Memorial Day weekend, starting on Saturday, May 23, Michael Berger will attempt a Guinness World Record by completing hands-free burpees for 24 straight hours in support of U.S. veterans. 🏆💥

This challenge will test every ounce of Michael’s endurance, discipline, and mental toughness — all while raising awareness and support for veterans facing medical debt. His mission is about pushing limits, showing up for others, and proving that purpose can drive people beyond what seems possible.❤️💪

In honor of 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, we recognize a woman whose life has been defined by service.

She joined the U.S. Army at 17, and later spent 23 years working in law enforcement, supporting people in some of their most difficult moments.

Like many veterans, one unexpected life event left her carrying medical debt that followed her for years.

Through Team AmeriVet '𝘀 𝟱𝟬 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗖𝗼, that burden was finally lifted.

When she learned her debt had been forgiven, she shared:
"I literally felt lighter. It restored my faith in humanity."

Her advice to others:
"Don’t give up. Stay on the path. Good things happen when you persevere."

Today we honor her strength, her service, and the countless women who continue to lead with courage and resilience every day.
