I started doing this since I read Don Miguel Ruiz’s “The Four Agreements” book and it drastically changed the way I think and my perspective in life. I used to jokingly denigrate myself calling myself broke, fat, ugly, etc..which is not okay at all, because that’s what I’m feeding myself. My subconscious mind would think that I’m all those words and it would become me. So I never again called myself anything that is downgrading, cuz your words are magic spells. Instead, speak what you desire and feel good as you speak it. Feel as if it’s already yours and it will come to you effortlessly. Speak highly of yourself and you’ll see the change.
