What do they say? Problems come in threes? After the new fryer went on strike, our new hood threw a fit last night. Sorry those who experienced its tantrum.

Mitch went up on the rooftop Santa Claus style and fixed the flux capacitor so we’re back to the present and future for cooking. 😉
