UPDATE from Pasco News:
SKELETON REMAINS UPDATE: Authorities are renewing their efforts to identify skeletal remains discovered in a wooded area near the intersection of Scenic Dr. and Graphic Dr. in Port Richey on December 12, 2019.

The decedent's identity remains unknown, but investigators have released new details in the hopes of generating leads. An anthropologist has determined the remains are most likely from a white or Hispanic male between the ages of 20 and 60. The individual was approximately 5'03" to 5'10" in height and had previously sustained a rib fracture that healed prior to his death.

Investigators also released two possible composite sketches of the decedent, created by an artist. A hat, believed to belong to the deceased, was found near the remains and is included in the sketches.
