IASTM via Graston Technique, is a manual therapy technique that involves the use of specifically designed instruments to detect and treat areas of soft tissue dysfunction. These instruments are made of stainless steel and have various shapes and sizes, allowing therapists to effectively target different anatomical areas.

During a session, the therapist applies these instruments to the skin with gentle, controlled strokes. The goal is to identify and treat areas of scar tissue, adhesions, fascial restrictions, and other soft tissue dysfunctions that may be causing pain, limited range of motion, or decreased function.
