Changing your money mindset takes practice. We spend some time looking at expenses, but the majority of our time will be spent on INCOME and your MONEY MINDSET. This is how you grow!

Don't get me wrong, expenses are important but I find it keeps people stuck. Stuck in jobs, stuck in life, without VISION! I love a good debt snowball or avalanche strategy but lets get out of the cold! It creates a scarcity mindset instead of abundant mindset and it sucks the dreams from our daily lives.

Here's a fresh way to look at new expenses:

🤔 Are you buying this 'thing' to hide, escape or avoid another aspect of your life?
🤔 Can you afford it, with cash money now. If you wait a week will your desire for it still be there?
🤔 Does this item align with your future self and who you authentically want to be?

So yes, let's look at your current situation, make a debt plan, begin practicing a new mindset around upcoming expenses, and then focus on INCOME and GROWTH and FUN!

Deciding gives you power and purpose. You can correct your course, tweak this or that, but you move forward. And you need vision. A person without a vision for their future will always return to their past.

Every minute you delay a decision and choose comfort over leaning in to change you miss out on the life you could have lived.

We work on trusting your intuition. There is a reason you want to do this. Stop spending time resisting and questioning it. Have a plan. Think it through. We'll be intentional.

💰I find people want to overcomplicate it. Money is easy, and how you treat your money is how you treat everything in your life.

💰When I work with clients, I find that as we sort out their finances, they become more focused. Often, their relationships get better. They communicate better. Money conversations become a partnership instead of adversarial. Clients begin to see what's possible, and to dream again.

💰There are really only two pieces to the equation - spend less or earn more. Restricting and spending less, while worth taking a look at, is not going to get you where you want to go. It for sure is a step in the right direction. But to truly grow, you need to look at the income part of the equation.

🛑It is a mischaracterization to believe that you should do what you love and the money will follow.

❤️I believe that you start with loving what you do NOW and that will get to you where you want to go. You can choose NOW to enjoy and create value doing what you do.
