🏡 Create a cozy den: Set up a quiet, safe indoor space with curtains closed and the TV or calming music playing to muffle the sounds.
🏷️ Double-check ID: Ensure your pet’s collar tags and microchip contact info are fully up to date.
🏃‍♂️ Secure all exits: Remind guests to keep doors and gates securely closed so spooked pets can't bolt.
💊 Plan ahead: If your pet has severe noise anxiety, reach out to your veterinarian or local pet supply store early for calming supplements or prescribed anxiety aids!
