This week, our team participated in a Lunch & Learn led by Brian Stephenson focused on office, field, vehicle, and construction site safety. The presentation covered real-world safety awareness, field visit best practices, construction site protocols, and the importance of staying alert and prepared in every environment.

From understanding blind spots around heavy equipment to proper PPE, traffic awareness, and safe site access, the session reinforced that safety is everyone’s responsibility, whether in the office, on a project site, or behind the wheel.

At Dokken, field experience is an important part of what we do, and trainings like these help ensure our teams stay safe while continuing to support our clients and communities throughout California.
