With the help of his family, Cary is making wine to share with family and friends – if they’re brave enough to try it! Cary is learning the wine-making process from his mentor, Wayne Procissi. Wayne has been a winemaker in the Sierra Foothills for the past 15 years, and with a lot of patient and understanding, has taken Cary under his wing to make Fuchs Family Cellars wine. Cheers!
