Largest manufacturer in the industry and their Halo product ($7000 frame). I needed to Dremel excess gel coat off the frame to get the fork adjusted properly and requires $600 of tools so I can install the bottom bracket as it is woefully undersized I can't even press the bottom bracket in. Far from the first high end frame from them I have had issues with and support is lackluster and that's being kind.

More of this needs to be called out if you are going to charge this much for a frame. High end prices need to come with high end support and it's extremely lacking.
