When we bought half a cow with my parents from we wanted to utilize every part of the cow possible. Tonight was our first time preparing cow tongue. Ben boiled the tongue in water, onions and garlic. Then our sweet friend Maria showed him how to peel the skin off and cut it up and fry it. Add some guac, sour cream, tomatoes and jalapeños and you’ve got yourself some delicious tacos🌮! Follow that up with a tasty homemade cake from our friends and .mrsneu and all our bellies were full🤗

Since it’s super chilly❄️ right now, I chose to pair it with leggings, boots and a leather jacket. I also added a belt for some dimension. Come spring and fall, I will change up the belt color and put on some cute flats to make the look diverse!
The material is sooo soft and comfortable and machine washable which is great for a food klutz like myself!
