Precision Bath

This is probably the most interesting bathroom I’ve ever done. The house is 100 plus years old and had been renovated over and over through the years. The new homeowner wanted the bathroom to match some of the beautiful features that still remained from the original home. To our surprise when we gutted the space, under 3 layers of renovation work (paneling, paneling, and Sheetrock) we discovered the original shiplap that was over 100 years old! We carefully removed all we could, refinished It, and used it on all the walls. In addition, we reworked the layout adding room for a stacked washer / dryer. The combination of the original shiplap and the homeowners elegant choices created a gorgeous bathroom that’s modern but matches the feel of the original home. That combined with resolving a multitude of previous renovation mistakes (cutting floor joist really guys?) equals a beautiful bathroom that will hopefully last another 100 years.

We headed up to Hot Springs AR for this recent bathroom remodel. When one of our best customers told us they had a water leak under their master bathroom foundation we decided to head up there and help. The entire bathroom was gutted affording the opportunity to change the layout. Walls were removed centering the double shower and creating a large open space to enjoy!

This kitchen is outstanding. Probably my favorite thus far. We knocked out the wall to improve the layout and added many custom cabinet upgrades. The best part is all the customizations were done using standard RTA cabinets. This created a super high end look for half the cost. Brilliant!

On this same property the customer decided to have us add some beautiful copper overhangs and brass accent fencing, gates, and storage boxes. Really made the property stand out!
