resharing the viral upside down apple danishes! They are so fun and easy to make with just puff pastry, honey, cinnamon, egg and apples! 🍎

INGREDIENTS
1 apple
1 puff pastry sheet
6 tablespoons honey, plus more to taste
6 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 small egg, whisked
Powdered sugar, for dusting
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and large a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the apple into wedges, then make thin slices from the wedges.
3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 6 squares.
4. Add about one tablespoon of honey to one corner of the prepared baking sheet and repeat with five more spots. Add the cinnamon on top of each spot of honey. Lay about 6-8 apple slices on top of the honey and cinnamon. Lay the cut puff pastry on top of the apples. Brush the egg wash on top of each puff pastry
5. Bake in the oven until golden brown and puffed, 12-14 minutes. Flip around and dust with powdered sugar.

INGREDIENTS�1 egg
½ cup Stonyfield Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Banana and strawberry slices
>> Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes

INGREDIENTS
For the taco shells
12 mini tortillas
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Avocado oil spray
For the cheesecake filling
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping
1 cup strawberries, chopped
¼ cup granulated sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
In a shallow bowl, mix together the ¼ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray both sides of each mini tortilla with avocado oil, then coat each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Drape the tortillas over the bars of an upside-down muffin tin or taco rack to create a taco shape. Bake for 7–9 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the chopped strawberries with ½ tablespoon sugar. Stir and let sit for 5–10 minutes to macerate.
Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each cooled taco shell. Top with the sweetened strawberries and serve immediately
